Phonkis Game Dev (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) develops and provides Ashen Seal (“the Application” or “the Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when You use the Application or contact Us.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Application means Ashen Seal.

• Developer means Phonkis Game Dev.

• Device means a mobile phone, tablet, or other device used to access the Application.

• You means the individual using the Application.

2. Information Handled by the Application

Ashen Seal is an offline game. You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to play.

The current Application does not collect or transmit Your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or gameplay activity to Us.

The Application does not include advertising, behavioral tracking, online multiplayer, in-app purchases, or enabled analytics and cloud crash-reporting services.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The Application stores limited game information locally on Your Device, including:

• Unlocked cards and earned rewards.

• Campaign checkpoints.

• Music volume, sound effects volume, and mute preferences.

This information is used to preserve Your progress and preferences between sessions. It is not uploaded to Our servers or shared with advertising partners.

The current Application does not provide cloud saves. We cannot remotely access or restore Your local game progress.

4. Information You Provide When Contacting Us

If You contact Us by email, We receive Your email address and any information You choose to include, such as Your name, message, attachments, or details about a technical issue.

We use this information to respond to Your inquiry, provide support, and resolve the issue You report. Please avoid including passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Support correspondence is processed through Our email service provider. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell the information You provide.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent Personal Data.

The Application does not transmit local game data to third-party services. Information You voluntarily send to Us may be processed by Our email service provider to deliver and manage correspondence. We may also disclose such information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.

Google Play and Your device operating system may separately process information when You download, update, or use software. Their independent activities are governed by their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Ashen Seal and Phonkis Game Dev.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local game information remains on Your Device until it is removed. You can delete it by clearing the Application’s storage in Your device settings or uninstalling the Application. Doing so removes Your locally saved progress and preferences.

We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to Your request, resolve related issues, or meet applicable legal obligations.

You may contact Us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data You have provided directly to Us. We will handle Your request in accordance with applicable law. We cannot remotely delete information stored only on Your Device.

7. Security

Local game information is stored within the Application’s device storage and relies on the protections provided by Your operating system.

We take reasonable steps to protect support information under Our control. However, no method of electronic storage or communication can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The current Application does not request accounts or collect Personal Data through gameplay, including from children.

If You are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided Personal Data to Us through support correspondence, please contact Us so that We can review and appropriately delete that information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Application or Our information-handling practices.

Updates will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Where required by applicable law, We will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new data-processing activity.
